Here it is as an .mng (*not optimized)    note *please use the Frame Delays as I have them set at the .mng  .. NOT at Default 10  .. if so, you’ll hear me sigh n cry

If you add a falling snow animation?  It’ll really be a mess = don’t even go there.  Besides, it’s a clear sky!  I’m from Wisconsin..  don’t argue with me   I know snow!

Here’s how I created the ‘name’  ..for a signature tag :

The font I used for my name is ‘St Nicholas’ = size 100 (depends on number of characters, of course)

Fgrd and Bgrd blues from image

Filled with Gradient = Fgrd/Bgrd  ..  linear

my Drop Shadow settings :
